Refund policy

  • You can Cancel the order on same day of Placing the order.                                                                                                            
  • It'll take approx 3-5 business days to Refund the amount on Customer's account.                                                      
  • We have a 3 days exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a exchange.                                                          
  • Free exchange in case of Damage/Wrong product received. (Unboxing video is Mandatory).                                                                                                                              
  • Two way shipping charges paid by the customer if you do not like Product/Size/Quality etc.                                                                                                       
  • To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.                                                                               
  • Sale items cannot be exchanged OR returned.                                                                                                                                                       
  • To start a exchange, you can contact us at letstyleit@gmail.com. Reverse pickups are either arranged by us or customer will have to ship the parcel to our address Two way shipping charges paid by the customer
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Incase of a defect in the product, we would require clear parcel opening videos.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/Exchange on sale items or gift cards.
